lost Form 16 and Saral of the past three years. Now I need last year's Form 16/ Saral to obtain a home loan.

Is there anyway I could get another copy of it?

In case you have filed your returns through a tax consultant, you could at least get copies of the acknowledgement of the fact that you have filed your IT returns.

You could also request your employer to issue a copy of Form 16 for the past year.

If they do not oblige, request them to issue a certificate stating your gross earnings and tax deducted at source.
